This kind of thing is really best solved by a human with the van.... unless you make it a contest on who can guess correctly.

So many possible causes and if it's at the dealer why don't you let us know how that goes when they say they are done.

They still have it so let us know when they give up. Sort of a lot of things that could make a sound in the front of the van and the detail you provided is pretty non specific. We can't hear it and you would need to describe it a lot better. Plus if you say trained techs aren't finding it where they actually have the van it makes suggesting something that much harder. They have probably already checked strut towers, brake shoes, tie rods, stabilizers, ball joints, lug nuts, piston return springs....

We are sympathic, but you have to understand this is sort of a car forum meme. My car makes a sound. What is it? It's nothing personal.
