They limit to the 7 gallon version. The cleat kit is 80 bucks and powder coated steel.

Seems like a weird thing to put on the hitch, but cool they offer the option. I guess for cars with no roof rack, but with hitch. I've only seen two people with those things and they actually really used them. Not just for show.

Can't tell. Are they turned 180?
The holes are in different places. This has become a running joke between Yakima and I. I bought four eyebolts, and three of them were shorter than one of the others. It turns out the short ones are Australian only and Yakima world headquarters could not even get them. They are sending me four other ones from their warehouse so I can’t complain. I may have to go back and ask them about the cleats.

Well, I guess you can tap your own holes. Let me check my stock. I have more.

Yup. I guess I lucked out with my pulls, but I didn't notice the differences when I gave you those. I have some with the inside holes and some with the outside. If you want to swap either we can do that.

Looks like it doesn’t matter, I will be drilling holes anyways. This is what I’m sort of planning, open to opinions and criticism. Excess on the ends will be trimmed. This is for a 285/40/21 that weighs about 70 lbs. Metris wheel would be easy in comparison. Decided to stick with using the lower mounts only for stability. Planning on welding together when all is said and done.
