I got a pair at my Dealer. Haven't put them on yet. Planning on doing so this week. Weathertech does not carry anything for the Metris yet.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/222123072829 They are Mercedes Benz made parts and they are in channel type. Very easy to install no tools no glue, just bend them slightly and that is it.
I bought these but had to use double sided tape so they stay put when rolling the window down. And, on the driver's side, the auto-up funtion stops when the leading edge of the rising window reaches the front foot of the plastic shield.

From another thread on this forum: Deflectors are part number 4477662500.

I ordered mine from Genuinemercedesparts.com. Work great for me.

I would like to see a picture. I like having my windows down when driving, even when cold. I often have my dirt bike in the back so it helps ventilate.

You may want to take a look at a Weathertech instructional video. The Mercedes rain guards are the same. Better than the written instructions that come with the guards.
