Their promotional video needs something besides flashy photography and music. If they are testing in "extreme cold" why can't I see his breath when he's talking????

Uh, maybe because the humidity is low there?
Which would make moisture air exhaled from a person more visible than in a warmer climate where the dew point is higher. The colder the ambient temperature of the air, the sooner you'll have dew, frost or cloud/fog forming.

At cold temps like -20F you'll always see your breath when you exhale. And -20F is not extreme cold. I bet that interview was filmed in the plus teens or twenties F range.

Stuff like this is irritating for those of us that live in a cold climate. It undermines the credibility of what they are saying IMO.

Guess it depends on where you live, but in the dry mountains of Utah (where I'm from) you mostly don't see your breath. All you need is a low enough dew point, and the moisture dissipates before it forms a cloud.
