Looks like http://www.rre-global.com/gallery is planning on doing the European TerraCamper conversions in Sacramento, CA. A little more info on their Facebook page about their current status. A pop top similar to the Reimo Westy except modular furniture. I was surprised to see how many Metris conversions GTRV has in process so maybe a market exists.
