I think the feds control when the communication is made. I’ve gotten recall notices from multiple manufacturers with the line about parts not available yet.
I received the notice yesterday. I have installed the RIB Scopema seat swivel from Travois on my passenger seat. No way that I can see for anything to drop into the battery compartment. I hope the fix doesn't interfere with my swivel, which I dearly love and use all the time for donning/doffing gear, eating and staring at the ocean.
My wife dropped her cell phone between the front seats last month. Fished around and finally found it on top of the battery under pax seat. I thought hmmmmm...nice to see I’m not the only one!

Returned from a trip to sedona, where we camped in our Metris, was great, but last day it snowed, but only got to mid 20's.
That being said, no juice coming out of wipers, I thought it was empty, so I refilled the fluid.
The pump runs, but no fluid, maybe a little spritz coming out.
Opened the...
I just had my 2016 metris passenger inspected (Tx). And it was failed because apparently they assessed the engine check light to not be working.
Now I'm seeing the below, and want to confirm if this is normal or not:
Key in off position (0) - no lights on dash
Key turned clockwise, one click...
