Brought the Metris over to my coworker's house who owns a GL. We parked next to each other for a comparison. We tried to line up the front wheel centercaps.

The fronts were the same length, obviously the ground clearance was won by the GL.

While the rear of the GL was maybe an inch or two longer, the Metris had a longer wheelbase. Metris being quite a bit taller too.

These numbers could all be Googled, but I thought it nice to have a visual comparison.

I unfortunately upped my price after driving that one (might as well get the big boy AC)
I will be doing the white/black bumper.

The best or nothing goes far at work: "Hey, I'm out of staples..." "It's the best or nothing"

I dunno if you really need the big-boy A/C. The regular one seems fine to me, although I currently live in New Jersey and have long term plans to move to Winnipeg (where nobody really needs much in the way of A/C, lol). Also, unless you really need that (awesome) back up camera, I'd skip the Driver Efficiency package and get the Cruise Control separately.

For the bigger AC package? I believe its $1000

I live in Atlanta with frequent trips to the beach and plan on road trips with a full house. I want to make sure the AC can cool all of us down.
