I recently installed a Wolfbox G900 in my 2018 Metris. It was fairly easy to set up and has been very nice. I see Amazon has them for $240 right now. I also had to buy a $20 wiring kit to run to the fusebox, rather than use the cigarette lighter plug. The mirror has a rear camera along with a front camera.
