How does the lemon law work? This is in regards to the gas smell thread. My van is in the shop for the second time trying to fix the gas smell. if they tell me they have fix it like they told me the first and it doesn’t work what happens third time around?

He also has a pretty interesting YouTube channel with all sorts of advice about car buying and ownership. Things like never buying third party warranties, or not buying gap insurance.

I got a call back from my service advisor and it is a different part number that was broken it was still a fuel line tho So would that count as the same or it’s a new story.

I did it with an 02’ Chevy. Did it as a “breach of contract” suit...ended up with a $10k check.
