I just noticed the sticker that says 91 fuel required. Reading the manual it also says not to use the unleaded non E fuel. I have been using it because I thought it better but it is only 89
Should I switch to the E10 92 that is the other level here in Hawaii? I'm not sure if it isn't E15 which manual says is worse. Any suggestions?

Do not use the following:
RE85 (gasoline with 85% ethanol)
RE100 (100% ethanol)
RM15 (gasoline with 15% methanol)
RM30 (gasoline with 30% methanol)
RM85 (gasoline with 85% methanol)
RM100 (100% methanol)
RGasoline with metalliferous additives
RDiesel
Do not mix such fuels with the fuel recom-
mended for your vehicle.
! Filter the fuel before transferring it to the
vehicle if you are refueling the vehicle from
barrels or containers.
This will prevent malfunctions in the fuel sys-
tem due to contaminated fuel.
i E10 fuel contains an admixture of up to 10%
bioethanol. Your vehicle is E10 compatible.
You can refuel your vehicle with E10 fuel.

This is a copy/paste from page 296 of 2016 owners manual. I don't see where it says you MUST use E10. Where did you find the prohibition against E0 fuel?

What river said, plus the sticker near my 2016"s fuel door says "91 octane (87 minimum)".

I have been using 89 E0 most of its life
