I am new to the idea of small van camper and am very attracted to the concept of garageable daily driver turned into camper during weekend. For my personal taste, I like this layout better than westy mainly because of the location of Potty to the rear of the van:

I saw this youtube video, similar to the autosleeper layout but with enhancement of two fold-out seats forming two twin beds:
This is close to ideal for my need: seat four, sleep four, (relatively) private toilet, and maybe adding an interior shower in the central rear isle similar to roadtrek 170.
The two fold-out seats in the youtube video really add a lot of flexibility to the layout of a small camper van. However, I searched around the web but can't find any place that sells these fold-out seats. Any direction/suggestion? Thanks.
