I want the Metris cargo van for the wide interior that can hold a stack of 4' x 8' flat plywood sheets. I want to increase visibility. Can I go to a van conversion shop to install glass windows in the side sliding door(s) and the rear doors? Any issues I may run into with structural integrity of the frame? Also, how much would this cost?

My 2017 Cargo came with rear windows, but nothing in the one sliding side door On the passenger side. I looked into getting a window in the sliding door and was quoted around $750. I put that idea on hold and after driving it for two years, I don’t really feel the need to put in a window in the side. I rely heavily on my blind spot assist and pull up carefully at stops so I can see to the right. My backup camera works great in parking lots for visibility.
