just got my conversion done at GTRV but can't decide on awning and mosquito net for sliding door??
what everybody doing??? thanks

Congrats! Still waiting for mine to get done...
I have skeeter beaters for the cab windows on my old camper. I think they'll fit the metris.
But check theskeeterbeater.com they also make van door screens. And they do custom fit if the off the shelf ones don't fit.

I made my mosquito net for the two sliding doors and rear door. Materials needed are mosquito net, magnets, glue, and felt. Cost is under $30. Took me about 30 minutes to make all 3. After a year, I still haven't used them. LOL. But they will be used in the coming weeks.

That Skeeter Beater site is cool. I'll be sure to pass that site along.

I bought 3 yards of no-see-em netting from Skeeter Beater and picked up 10 push pin-type magnets. I stretch the light netting across the back door opening and the magnets hold it tight. Later, the screen stores away in a tiny bag.

Metrispopup: do you recall where you got those pushpin magnets? I've not been so good about choosing the right strength magnets for the van.
